Loving your work Mustie1! Re-watching the whole rustoration series on Crusty. Greetings from Finley NSW Australia…just gone into COVID lockdown again. Just noticed the chiropractor sign in your driveway…I’m a Chiro and didn’t see it the first time round.
Hi Mustie has your truck got the chassis number stamped on the right-hand side of the rear rubber……. I don't mean on the plate……I'm talking stamped into the trucks metal itself…..any idea when they started doing this? Thanks for your time, great videos 😉👍
I come from the future. They call you "Crusty" or maybe it's spelled "Krusty", in homage to Krispy Kreme. You now live in a mechanic's mansion, under bright lights and internet fame!
Well that looks amazing mustie1 good job. Can't wait to see the single cab done. I know this is an old video but it's exciting to see the process starting for me the first time.
I think the thing I like best about Mustie's vodeos is he is a real guy making due with what he has, Not a guy in a fancy garage with all new tools working on clean things, He gets his hands dirty real American stuff ! Thank you Darren !
So now I'm watching the single cab restoration for the third time!! Crusty and Mustie are really fascinating me. They helped to turn my oldtimer kind of taste upside down (from "the more Pebble Beachier the better" to great patina payable/driveable restorations). Unfortunately the single cab playlist isn't complete respectively contains only some videos from the beginning (I wonder why it is so?).
I got a question, i hope you find time to answer. I got a 2003 dodge ram 1500 van. Just rebuilt the transmission. My first ever, its a 32rh same as a904 with a few small differences. It seems to be burning the fluid. Why is my question? It has a gear style pump, all looked good there. baffled! help! lol Jack
Eu tenho carros antigos, um fusca 1976 e tenho uma Brasília 1979
Parabéns pelo vídeo amigo .

Great job on the Tacoma. It's a sin to junk a Toyota truck – I'm glad to see it'll be back on the road again!
When he is moving it sounds like it about kills it.

Awesome! I once had a 1968 convertible that was modified with oversized tires. Wish I had kept it!

Back in the mid sixties, my dad and his twin brother each had a 59 just like this one.
