Is that a Rusty Wallace autographed fender cover?
Worked on those MoPar 318s all the time. Reminds me of my teenage days.
My next door neighbor had a '67 Newport. This brings back the memories. Tks for all your great videos!
MAN I Love your videos..!
Surprised when you pulled the valve cover: lifters & inside of valve cover pretty clean.
im a 25yr vet from a "REAL" autopart store…. Todays crew would be lost, and are lost even with a computer
i learned on paper CATALOGS
Love that night drive! I know where you were and I love it there still! I’ll just say it’s a great place for car shows.
Ahh the Sport Fury convertible – had one for years and miss it. You and 12 or 13 of your best friends could pile in and go wherever. Hit me up if you decide to sell her….
The 318's were good engines. Mine got 13 in town and 13 on the highway; but, gas was cheap back then. You couldn't wear a 318 engine out. I put about 300, 000 miles on mine and it still didn't use any oil. Musty, I would love to see you work on a rotary engine. What do ya think? Is it a possibility?
Mustie l have watched all of your videos. Decided to watch this one again because I don't remember it very well. I'd love to see some new stuff about this car.
Hi from New Zealand, in my younger days l used to spend many hours preserving old cars from rust and used processed deodorised diluted fish oil, it is very effective in preventing rust forming on unprotected metal. Using a type of spray gun is the best way to apply the product in hard to access areas l highly recommend this process of rust prevention.
Great car! Mopars' are a
Lot of fun & solid as a rock!
I have a friend that has a 440. He would probably sell it. He has a 426 hemi also i think.
Nice car man. I miss the days of cars being that easy to work on. You have to almost be a contortionist just to put heater hoses on my truck.

The real parts stores hire the young people from the lesser parts stores after they are trained.
Ah, Rockport. Beautiful little spot for a visit.
I know a 440 would be awesome ,but that 318 is great and all you need for a cruiser. Sweet small block.
