I am surprised you have rally wheels on, not the the same rims, as the ad has on, if you ever decide to put the stripes on the hood & trunk check those rims that would sure add a sporty look to the car, I am surprised you have not been able to find a set
Hi Mustie , my late dad owned a Plymouth Belvedere, GTX ,1967, 404 CCI motor , I wish I had it now as I’m retired and have time to use it , was an awesomely potent car to drive , we did a road trip in it , I drove it at 90 mph, my mum was sitting in the back seat knitting and never realised the speed we were travelling . So much fun.
I know this is an old video. Sometimes I just like watching old videos. And I rarely comment on old videos but this one does bring up something. I had an S-10 pickup that the right front did exactly this. We change the caliper, because it was disc brakes. But that did nothing. We discovered that the flood was not going back to the master cylinder. So we change the master cylinder. That did nothing. We decided we was not going to change any more parts without testing them after that. The very next thing we tested was what was wrong with it. It was the flex line. It had come apart internally and was allowing fluid to go to the break but then collapsing on itself acting like a check valve to prevent fluid from coming back from the break. So from then on actually the first thing I checked on my Ford pickup when it did the same thing was yet again the flex line. I'm being it was a 1976 Ford pickup I decided to change all three Flex lines. One for each front wheel and one to the rear axle.
Dude, My Mom had a 66 Valiant with a Slant Six ran like a clock. Hard to change spark plugs though.Small engine compartment on one side.
