question…did you overlap the floor sheeting lengthwise at all, and if not, how did you deal with the seams between the floor sheets? I ask because I don’t recall seeing you do any long running welds down the length of the floor.
It looks like this one was pretty rusty before the work started but it seems a bit strange that the floor rails and most of the chassis were pretty solid but the bottoms of the door pillars and the reinforcements under the truck body seemed to have rotted at the bottoms…
Mustie1, I would have had one of the brownies as there were 2 of them. Floor and corners look great, with a little flapper disk, seam sealer, and paint, it will look factory for sure, thanks for posting!!!

This is frustrating watching some of the cutting of corners. I know you have a budget and time to consider but that rust must go man!!!
