Hey DARREN you can pop that boat trailer tire on by taking some rope.Then by tieing A lock knot loop on one end of the rope you'll be able to send the other end through the hole.Of looped end then wrap it around the tire pull back on the rope downwards when. you have the airpump connected to the valve stem.& airpump switched on.Then it will repop itself back on the bead by slowly releasing the rope as it's airing back up again.checck with soapy water bottle for air bubbles witch will be airleaks showing up.
I have a similar roof on my pontoon unwatchable it is supposed to raise up and down but I have to do some work on it. Any way you can make a short video on raising and lowering the roof?

I have put the tire back on the bead by putting a little gas in the tire and then rolling it to coat the hole inside of the tire then flick a match into the tire,the explosion pops the tire on the rim, I learned this trick while four wheeling in the desert in Southern California when one of my tires popped off and one of the more seasoned gentlemen in our group showed me this trick

should have kept the tires off and just run it off rails and then put a hand crank to pull it up
