    That much rust I would have hauled it to the scrap yard. I buy vehicles only if there is no trace of rust. I'm worried about rust after having a rear axle come apart when I was making a turn on a 40mph blind corner. Terrible experience.

    used the two part epoxy lord fusor epoxy to be exact, works awesome just make sure you clean all the epoxy that is left sticking out side the over lap, bondo and evercoat will not adhere to each other and youl end up with a chemichle reaction that will result in your filler falling out completley, clean all areas with alcholol prep and make sure all epoxy is cleaned off before adding filler,
