This is the last video of a 1987 suzuki lt80 that was put out for junk bulk trash day. it sat out in the woods for 30 years and it shows. lets see if we can bring it back to rideable condition again,again cheap.

After ya'll work it over with the soldering iron use hot wax inside the fender and make the bonding surface super rough.

Dedgummit. I wasn't planning to toast a whole Friday afternoon, but I HAD to binge watch your playlist on this LT80. Maybe because we have one. I enjoyed this WAY more than I likely should have. Great info on what I may have to do to ours. All the best sir!

Try using weed trimmer string to fill the crack. Good job!
best way to fix cracked plastic is some copper wire bent with curves and using the soldering iron to melt it into place. like a metal stich.
