As far as cleaning steel..wd40 and simple green. And i use a flapper disc a lot. But yea, my go to combo is wd40 and finish off with Simple green.
Highly disappointed you didn't paint the wheels a strange colour like lime green… I would have.

When it comes to pricing for equipment like that including tractors and backhoes everything is way overpriced.
