The little bike looks like a Chibi. My little brother had one in 74.
The Mini bike is a Rockford chibe. I had a Rockford Toro in the 70s. I had friends who owned this mini bike. It is 60cc.There was a storage compartment under the seat. The seat flipped up. The rotorary valve engine was made by Bridgestone a Japanese company .
