l need a trailer hitch for the front of my truck as many of my trailers need to get moved in very tight areas, lets cut up an old reese hitch and adapt it to fit on the front of my 2004 toyota tundra.

A hitch on the front has the added advantage of smashing twice as many shins!

Great video. Second watch, waterproofing hanging in well from when it was sprayed. Good job M.

Did this years ago, makes maneuvering a trailer way easier. Maybe you could try something like this with the kubota front loader. Just a thought, thanks.

ya know another thing u could add a ball to one of the forks on your fork lift we did that in the army so when we were in the field we could manuver small two wheel trailers into tactical areas very easily.

or add you a sno sport aluminum snow plow its a manual plow but then you dont have to beef up your front end

Those "towing hooks" mentioned when it first went up on the hoist are only used to facilitate moving the chassis around on the assembly line. If you used them for actual towing, I'd stand well back!! So there's no problem with cutting them away.

You should build two more, one for each side. JUST IN CASE!!!

got to get me one of these, going to measure my frame rails and keep my eye out for a good used sacrificial hitch, thanks Mustie, I tried to buy one for my 1995 Chevy van , I could not find a new one, you just saved me some $$

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Raging_Moose says:

you could have used some of the metal that you cut off the hitch to support between the frame and the hitch in place of what you used since the steel on the ends was flat or mostly flat
