Long video, but love the no quit McGyver approach going down swingin’ until something works. And I learned a little as currently suffering the gas flooding issue.
My immediate guess would be the float level is a bit too high. You could also put a pressure regulator in the fuel line.
If you flood an engine to the point of dripping on the ground and gurgling sounds by leaving a choke on for 3 mins while driving a Tory Bilt Bronco (brand new that day) do you have to change oil, gas, filters & sparks or can you just leave it in the sun a few days and try to start her up? Newbie owner who feels very overwhelmed by the idea of changing all those things but whose old man won’t be around for months to help out and needs to mow the lawn before then. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂
Or a $12 electric fuel pump will solve the problem.
$25 pressure regulator would solve the problem

👍
just bypass it and run gravity from tank
find out what the manufacturer says the fuel output should be, should be able to find that on the web. That will tell you if the fuel pump is bad.
Do it have any interest in doing a look over an older Gold Wing Honda ?
Thats why I'll never like this kind of carb
