my neighbor dropped off his push mower that would not start but l did not get to talk with him . so lets see what it takes to troubleshoot his machine.

Hi can you answer this one please much appreciated 190cc lawnmower fitted new coil,plug tried kill wire on & off know spark flywheel key good & magnets could it be internal timing at fault or shorting out somewhere if so were??? thanks
Maybe a dirty air cleaner ,or dirty sparkplug , or dirt in the gas tank , change one of each and see if it starts , if not try the next

I noticed how the tank fuel outlet is lower than the carb inlet. This design means when you run it out of fuel in the fall, there's always dregs left to boil down to jello and clog everything.
