Musti, do you have a link for the winch switch replacement?
Cycling thermostats on "older" style dryers do the same thing with breaking the connection.
I am working on a project that will need some hydraulic assist. Where might I find a pump and cylinders as you have used in the Rat Rod? I don't want to mortgage the house to pay for certified antiques. Would power steering components work? They might be cheaper.
Awesome machine , those electrical crimps worst thing ever made, after decades of boats they all fail ,just the salt and minerals in condensation is enough to destroy electrical flow, when ever possible I solder coat the joint with your choice and use heat shrink tubing,, and sometimes a step further tape, now use gorilla tape
Regarding the winch control: the hand-held device is so very awkward that you should consider the following. Disassemble the control; it has to be simple. Then mount those control on some suitable surface, or, cut down the unnecessary part of the control and fasten it to the chassis.
I would almost kill to find two of the queads you got that front end from wrecked, but with good front ends, to use as a source for gokart suspension!
You might want to get a bottle of liquid electrical tape, works great.
cold start on your seat frozen tail
love the Gravely hood.
If ya happen to run across any indoor emergency lights, a lot of those run the same bulbs as that.
Let me preface by saying I love your videos. I admire the work you do and your obvious talent with mechanical things. But would it kill you to throw a tarp over stuff if it's going to sit outside? I just can't conceive of putting all that time in effort into something then just let it deteriorate in the weather….No disrespect, just venting my one frustration in watching your video. Cheers! keep up the good work!
Merry Christmas mustie1 from uk great videos as always keep up the work and see if you can find more motets I love the genaraters and other Motors the way you just make them go is fascinating to watch
