Five years later and 655k subscribers you did the right thing. There are too many sell-outs chasing the dream of instant wealth and 'fame' so well done for not falling for the TVs spiel.

Strange, isn't it? I only found you a few months back. There's something about watching you place your thought processes in view while seeing you go through the process that is quite organic and comfortable to enjoy. Rather than coming across as commanding, you come across as a fellow explorer. You don't get to see that very often. I don't think it would have come across as well if you were under the constraints you'd be placed. If you didn't enjoy it, it might show up in the vids, and likely wouldn't have the same instructional value, for one. If they wanted it that badly, you should tell them it would have to be on your terms. I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I've not noticed any change in more recent work I've seen. So I'm assuming you haven't been influenced to accept their offer since. I appreciate that. Not a good idea to join something that is going to make you miserable.

I’m glad for the choice you made. It possibly could have turned out like Wheeler Dealers and they would edit out so much of the build, hire a “host” or co-speaker or…..? I think you nor the viewers would be happy with the outcome. Again I could be all wrong. I know I enjoy your content the way it is👌🙂
