You ever thought of doing a zoom type event so as you asking question, you could get real time respones ? That would be an interesting twist to something like this engine repair. Just typing out loud here.

Think your memory is tricking you. Pozidrive is different from JIS, JIS is superior to ponzi or phillips in this application and hex is better than all of them in many ways

JIS (Japanese industry standard) screws are not the same as pozidrive. Close but definitely different. Pozidrive are used extensively here in the UK, JIS on motorcycles.

Red Hematite was what the Honda place sold me as a case sealer back in the seventies. Today I would probably use aircraft engine sealer after working with the stuff on my Lycoming airboat engine.

You only have two shift forks it's not that hard look to see if any gears are broken see if forks are bent them listen bearing make sure there ok look at shift syncro use shift shaft and turn better put crank in alignment pin are ok you need to spin crank so clutch can spin when change gears

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars jonathan murray says:

Except bearing in case maybe heat up bearing and it will slide in easy that second gear in your hand use case and use shift shift
