I had the same Puch Maxi in Holland in the early eighties!! Although they where sold as a lady´moped they became very popular as a boysbike, and modified to make them look more extravagant! I bought mine repainted in blue with goldsprayed alloy-wheels!I changed them for the original spokewheels and repainted it in the original silverplate color! I put on the same original Puch stickers and it looked the same as your moped!
