Love the vids!… on wiring the DPDT switches, another way is to wire fan to the centers, then bring power in from either end & wire an X to diagonal posts (basically wiring it backwards as there are no diodes in the switch). This is common in industrial settings & makes troubleshooting & replacement a breeze.
I'm late to the show, great videos. One comment about reversing those fans- the blades don't look like they work equally in both directions because of their scoop profile.
