What is the point of fixing up a piece of junk to look like a piece of junk but run like new when it was a foreign piece of junk to begin with and no self-respecting person would want to own one. Gas was 30 cents a gallon, why drive a piece of junk to get better mileage, when you could buy a vehicle that would get 15mpg and be comfortable all the time, winter and summer. That's 45 mpg to a dollar. Motorcycle mileage today.
