Getting ready for winter in NH? Must be the last week of august. By memorial day its way too cold to go in the pool. The grass is hiding for about six months. We'll at least you can look forward to the last week in Feb where it goes to 32'F for a few days. That was way too cold for me and I spent most of my childhood there. I have seen your town but I can't figure out which one it is. I probably lived there if its south a' con ca'rd. If you dont like NH drive 45 min in any direction and you are in a different state or country.
I know theirs a method to your madness but why cut it out with the band saw wouldn't It be a bit faster to use a angle grinder and cutoff wheel just saying
Any ideas on a paint scheme for the bike I think the gas tank would look nice in a darke cream color with red pin striping on the edges the swirly leaf springs in brute orange the frame like a teal blue with bright yellow rims. Tell me What ya think. Just a idea for ya
I'm glad you didn't cross the strut rods, this looks great. If you feel the spring rate is to stiff, you can always go back and narrow the width of the spring. It maybe an optical illusion but, the front wheel doesn't look square to the table.
Kok sederhana sekali membuat springer nya friends. Seni yg lain di tambah kan di springer
dude thats wicked ill subscribe please subscribe back your buddy spikemandan© 😉

Work of art Mustie. You sure have some serious skills. What would one of these pieces go for?
Excelente trabajo

Mustie1, Springer front end for racing around board tracks that are missing boards, those races must of been wild to watch… Thanks for posting

You'll like that green sanding belt much better than plain alum-oxide belts. Nice work.
I think the spring tension looks good. It will generally only react to sharp impacts and that is what you want.
What would be your plan for a softer suspension of you wanted one Mustie ?
Would you just make more leverage on the spring ? ( lengthen it )
