I like the idea of the shrouded alternator fan for its compactness, but the propeller has way more style. Will be interesting to see which one works out.l
Probably already noted; fill your tubing with dry sand, plug the open ends, then when heating to bend it'll hold shape and minimize the risk of kinking. Regardless, your method worked fine in this case.
I think it would look better if you shortened the chainstays to make the bike more compact (bring the crank closer to the rear wheel). That's kind of what the flying merkel does to make the whole thing package better.
Have you ever used a compressor from a refrigerator or old air conditioner and make a 4 stroke engine???
Frame not good enough Mustie1 forges new frame.
I like all round or rounded stuff.
Cant help but wonder where the Farnicastaff will be mounted…great ideas on mounting that motor…..or engine.
"I'm too short", if I only had a nickel for every time I thought the same thing.
cool make it a 2 speed

Looking Awesome! I really like the way you approach and go through your process!
The frame line is looking good and it seems your getting a bit more efficient at this bike building. You should start stamping your own serial #

it looks great like the propeller better i use an old i beam to build frames on you can make little stands to hold the tubing
Love it mate…Contemplation time well spent Darren…You;ll need a little pitch on the alternator blades if you decide to use 'em I recon,
Can you extend the intake manifold and mount the carb higher (Ram Air) and out of the way. Just contemplating with ya. Thanks for the fab lesson.
Enjoying the journey Darrin. Thanks

Brilliant Mate!! I was wondering how long before you deep sixed that shroud and fan!!☺

You got skills
