Ooooooh Mustie1, I'm working on a chest cold I think… I mean to tell you I think I almost just coughed up a lung.!.!.! LOL… I never seen an old man move so fast. I thought that thing was fly apart. And then you stuck your hand in there and I thought it's he lost his freaking mind?? Then I thought, no but I think he might be ready to lose a finger or two 🙂 great job man now I get to go finish watching the rest of the video. Thanks for the laugh and the sore ribs.
Mustie1, Looks like that tire is winging along pretty well, I thought U got bit by the belt there for a moment. Bike is coming along, I think there maybe one of those 2 stroke snow blowers in the hoard somewhere.
You might want to put a couple diagonal braces on the rear wheel tubes to dampen some of that harmonic vibration or you might have some fatigue cracks show up.
It's looking good! It's been very interesting watching the progress as you work this out. You've got more snow than we have here in N. Dakota but probably not as cold.
Very cool Mustie1. I have played with a motorcycle or two and actually used to have the Whizzer dealership for our area. I love the pedal/motorcycle hybrids. Quick question on your idler pulley. I love the fab work you did on yours but why not just use a small sprocket idler? Seems like it would have less drag that way and wouldn't cause as much wear to the chain. Very cool. Look forward to seeing this one done.

Great build !
Looking nice. You shouldn't need to plug up the primer port. It is a normally an open system (primer bulb itself has a vent hole)
