The cool thing about Studys is that you can unbolt the rear quarters and bolt on new ones. The sad thing is that most replacement quarters are as rusty as the ones you are tossing.
Good video, interesting car! I'm amazed at how much rust the car has! Not terminal, and probably typical of a NE (snow+salt+salt ) car. almost nobody bothered to get their car rinsed off after a "winter event". Mileage is probably right, and the engine should be good, likely a 259 V8. Studebaker cast parts had a higher than usual nickel content, improving strength and thus longevity. Darn shame about the body, but it has an apparently great interior condition, although it looks like a poverty upholstery choice. Dash pad looks to be excellent, which is the usual problem with all makes. Rear end, if my memory serves me correctly would be a Dana 44 or perhaps a 27 with a 3.08:1 ratio. I had a '62 hardtop in my collection from about '68 to '73, but no apparent rust. But then, it was a Southern car, always garage kept, driven by a little old lady from new…My Mom's car, passed on to me when she retired in 1968. Kind of a nostalgic video for me!

Shame it was just left to rot.
I will did the frame up on one of them that a buddy of mine had. Them frames rust out bad…
It’s hard with the “value “ people place in these cars without understanding the damage from sitting
Looks to be a good parts car only
