Back, in 1973 my, Aunt invited my Grandparents to her house for My Grandmother's B-Day. It went Well, & I have Home, movies of That, if the bulb, didn't burn out I, would have shown, it to you. And, had a blast, with you & the Misses too.
I am current owner of this bus (since 2017). It is a fantastic vehicle. It took a long time to find the Deluxe 7 Passenger model rather than the more common campers. A previous owner had the rust on doors resolved and replaced the rusted "dog leg" on passenger side as well as some other smaller body issues. Underneath is as clean as I have ever seen on a VW bus of this age and engine and transmission work great. This is the third VW bus I have owned. The first was a 1960 camper (purchased in 1970). The second was a 1970 7 passenger deluxe wagon model (purchased in 1971) and driven until over 180K miles. Yes there was a complete engine rebuild in that time! But this 1971 7 passenger deluxe is just for fun. Always garage stored.
What a beauty!! Such great shape too! Looks like my bus, same year and color, but this one is definitely in a nicer condition looks wise. Mine has a few more rust spots around it. So much fun though!
My mom has one that she's had for almost 3 decades, and I hope to restore it when it comes in my hands… ❤
I had a 72!!!! I miss it!:(

Now and days, The 71 Tin Top is the hottest ticket out there and this one could pull 14k as is.

My dream 👍🏻 I would add the flowers, peace and love too.
Wow $3000.00…. I thought they'd be twice that…
Where can I find what u are selling
Did you sell this one? What state are you located in? You come across some sweeeeet deals and make the buses even nicer.
That is quite nice!
A good looking one, very nice colour, decent inside. I hope that the former restoration wasn't a mastix/putty one.
I got my first bus today it's a 1971 VW Transporter just like this one
