I don't know if you'll get this, but if you do – I thought all deep well pumps had to be at the bottom. Apparently there's a thing called a jet pump that'll work for wells of 25 feet or less. What kind of setup do you have?

Nice job on cleaning and organizing. I have a friend who procrastinates, when there is a job he hates he will find a huge list of things that must be done first.
That many signs tells you that you need to hire a friend, or somebody younger to put those shingles down for you! Then do everything else, and I can see in the future (thanks youtube) and that 4runner is going to be going out on you in the not-so-distant future anyways 🙁 still say it's time to get the Mrs. into driving the VW's, but also to find a great deal vehicle for her that is dependable too. Felt for you though, know how it is when everything goes close together!
looking at these vids makes me wish my cars longevity was same as my Old california cars when i lived there 20yrs this past winter ..,y kia sorento went to sport car mode…the 07 sorento has 60k on it had no rust till i moved out to east coast 4yrs ago Now my muffler rust separated LOL 3 in from of the intake on the mufflers, i grinded of both pieces flat with 4in wheels found scrap 4in muffler scrap and clamped on both sides down that was umm 7mo ago ..summer now im starting to hear growling (sound like mean kia lol) ill climb under when the pool is clear ……
My 1997 hilux surf is identical to that so up your way they must be called a forerunner. Will keep and eye on mine now I know where they rust in the frame.

I would be done with Toyota over all the frame rust issues you alone have had.
