Looking good, just about caught that in time.I think most all the commercial built car trailers in the UK are galvanized, which really helps with the rotting from the inside problem. I definitely would coat the inside of the box sections with wax oil or fluid film may be some drain holes in the bottom for good measure. All the best happy welding.
my boat fits in mine like that from front to back kinda sucks to get around it I'm in the city so I can't leave it outside might sell it to make more room lol
I was going to ask you how your back was doing, but I think the answer is, pretty darn good… on most days when you don't abuse it! ; D Man, that's a big job! And you are right, just bit longer in the clutches of the rust worms and that trailer would be all done. Flipping it over makes it easier to get at, but at least flat on your back is, that, flat on your back… but a pain in the ass sometimes trumps a pain in the back. We both have be careful about those choices my friend!
Looks like you already have your trailer fenders sanded and ready for paint…ha, ha, ha
Don't overdo it and hurt your back big time again. I guess I don't need to tell you that. Both my son and his wife have recently had back surgery and my son will be going in again after the first of the year to have 4 discs removed and then replaced with "aftermarket" parts that will be fused in place. He is only 41 years old…
I don't know how you do that with your back like it is.

Don't get me wrong, I fully understand the trade-offs, and welding upside down does suck! …and you are making quick work of the thing!
green sucks
right but welding upside down just sucks,
l think once its done as long as l hit it with the fliud film it should stay
hang it from the ceiling
man that trailor was some rusty but you are getting it done
