Wow looks like a Hawthore frame nice. Trippy forks are they bouncy in corners? bA used Amal carb cable can hang slack and they have lining for bends these days new.
Thank you for explaining your settings on your welder for that then ran that's what I was scratching my head going how in the world he welding that then stuff to that thick stuff.
Could you have left the spokes in the drive wheel to fine tune it to match the tire wheel and then either leane them or remove them after welding is complete?
Great fabrication work. The little lump will make it more authentic as an "old" bike. If you move your tailpipe back it wouldn't dirty your tire, rather than overhaul the motor.

That's what I thought I remembered you saying. Its a cool looking engine.
you should be able to do a light hone job and re-ring it pretty cheap…these old engines have quite the following and you can get parts.
