Not a better show for me than yours ! If I was set for life I’d buy some property next to you and be the best trouble light holder you ever had !! My brother would fix motorcycles and I’d help till bed time when I was ten or so and I was very careful not to drop the light ! Rem them one drop and you were in the dark !! The things you do were what I dreamed about then ! I’m 57 now and can hold my own fixing about anything I just wound up in a machine shop and didn’t get into the small engine stuff but over the years have fixed everything that I could for friends anything and it’s been a lot ! Really really enjoy your videos and you have validated and shown me new things ! It’s like all the things I’m interested in or missed ! I hope you never stop !! Thanks for the enjoyment !
Look for an engraving machine. They make great labels and the plastic comes in lots of combinations. You could also do metal for fuel, reserve or off; even choke on .
@mustie1 If you look off in the distance it will make everyone believe you are a deep thinker. LOL. I admit, it's kinda funny. Took me about a year to get in front of the lens. It was all talking hands.
It's been a long time since I've had a VW but sometimes those cases had to have "case savers" installed, which are basically inserts to replace the threads on the case halves where the head studs thread into.
I'm gradually getting closer to buying another Bug. I think that's one of the few vehicles I have enough patience to restore.
