hopefully buying one of these tomorrow! can't wait. and oh man, does this video remind me of growing up in Vermont. I DO NOT miss the snow and cold weather from Nov-May. Nowadays I start planting in late March, and by the middle of april I'm already mowing the lawn every other week.
the terramite might be the most unlikely help one could think of in adverse conditions. The fact that it started in no way proposes this is a good machine. Almost as good as a snow shovel but not as predictable.
Isn't it strong enough to pick it self out ? I don't see a problem the machine's I am use to could pick them self out with little effort it seemed pretty weak lifting the bucket
I WORKED FOR A GUY THAT HAD ONE OF THESE, AMAZING LITTLE TRACTORS. I DROVE AND WORKED ON IT.(STARTER PROBLEM) WHAT AMAZED ME WAS HOW MUCH WORK YOU COULD GET DONE WITH THESE LITTLE SUCKERS. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ONE OF THESE TRACTORS. HARD WORKING AND RELIABLE.(MORE RELIABLE THAN PEOPLE SOMETIMES.) THEY WOULD RUN ALMOST FOREVER ON A GALLON OF GAS.
With the bucket left down in that snow and cold and weather for any length of time, it is horrible for the pins and pivots to force that to move like that, and as another northerner who experiences that kind of cold and weather, we shoot all pivot points with a bit of PB Blaster before moving anything, then hit the fittings with fresh grease once you get it out. Serve your equipment well and it serves you well 😉

I do like that front loader…
your propensity for reving cold engines disturbes me.
Why do you have a bag over the gas cap

Just found this video mate, fascinating because we don’t have snow in Melbourne. 🇦🇺

I hate it when people don't take care of their equipment
Thanks again mustie1
I would be ashamed to show a video of how I abused my machinery by cold staring like this.
