Came across your videos via a referral from Taryl fixes all and sure like them however for some reason your audio drops down at the tail end of most of your sentences and is very hard to understand what you are saying without having volume real high. You might check your mic..

the reverse gearbox has a gear reduction for reverse so trying to mount it so the output is the input you would have to have the gearbox in reverse to go forward thus killing your max forward speed
This is getting mind numbingly complicated. So easy in the UK where Villiers engines are plentiful… And what drives this through water? The spinning of the wheels? That wouldn't do much… Hmm… Pack a paddle or two…

I watched these videos back when you posted them, but one thought had occured to me only now: how are you going to change the oil in this engine? Did you extend the oil drain somehow ore are you going to suck the oil out? But that usually leaves the sludge behind…
