I'm stuck on my $99 Chinese bike motor project and will be grifting some ideas. Stepped woodruff key? Next: Time Machine. Plus the rope ratchet, ethanol-free fuel and castle nut as purposeful excellence make us all better people. Very kind to share with us.
I see you have a Bridgeport mill. Why not use that to make the pulley key instead of the grinder? Also, use the water separation technique to get rid of the alcohol.
I really enjoy this. There is a way to take ethanol out of gas, mix 4 quarts of gas and 1 quart of water shake vigorously let stand 2/3.hours drain separated gas off water carefully and vala ethanol free gas
