I picked up this harbor freight metal bead roller for $150, it had a manual crank that was next to impossible to use by yourself. I had some scrap parts laying around. lets see what we can build with them to make this bead roller more useful.

A good habit: I don't leave home without a knife. Greetings from Poland
Then you can just pull down on it. I have vw floor pans (busses and I ) don’t need a motor.
Genius!!
awesome vid on this
i happen to have two of the motors like you used .. now i have ideas lolol
switch looke a bit dogy lol
Do not forget the emergency off switch.
Great job 👍
very clever
love the old train track switch. Perfect tool for doing the job now. What can you ask for eh? seems to work not that bad. cool. btw all you need now is a seat for it that sticks out a bit and weld it to the center frame as long as it doesn't cause it to flop over. Great tool thou..Mustie.
I'd be careful throwing that switch in a thunderstorm…your bead roller might just come alive and run amok in your workshop…
Very good design improvement & implementation!
Resorting to hitting it with a hammer already but that’s fine
Turn the trigger into a remote foot control. How about a guitar pedal or similar? Might even be able to use 2 triggers, give you forward and reverse.
Sweet .looks like a cool machine…keep on rolling..😃
Jam up nice bud
