I think the double muffler setup is a spark/flame proof setup, if its gonna sit next to an airplane with possible fumes from refilling the plane you are not gonna want that thing to spit flames, (my guess)
Hi, I don't know if you did it or not…..but if you grind the threads off of the inside of the intake elbow that you tacked on, it will idle and run a lot better.
Mustie1, Always fun to watch an unrestrained engine dance about, and U ran into the same situation I find myself in, it is hard to hold them down once they get hot… LOL!
Very cool. You might want to seal up the bottom end first, if it has an air leak it will be lean no matter what. When a 2 stroke has an air leak, they are impossible to tune, run hot and damages the topend pretty quick. I know you know this stuff. Just my 2 cents, thought I would say something cause you mentioned the leak and kind of just moved on, it could very well be the root of your problems. Keep up the great vids, I'm always learning great stuff on your channel.
You could hire out to blow leaves off the sidewalk with the size of that blower in there. Put an adjustable deflector off that blower pointing down for leaf blowing and point it backwards for boost.

That is so amazing where you can get something like that to run. Nothing looks like frankenmotor! Looks like something Frankenstein would build 🙂
If it doesn't work out for the bike it would make a big sonic cleaner.
i was holding the sh—– out of it for you but that thang was wild !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ru a retired engineer ?????
hey guy how are you doing today
that was very thoughtful the person who sent you them carburetors
alright you got her running
It will weld itself together with a crankcase or any airleak . Setting a carb with an airleak is a waste of time on a 2T.
get a strap
for the speed ur goin your doin just fine for cause im learning somtin new

runs great cool engine you have there. I've been tinkering with a 1931 Villiers Mark 14B I'll be putting on a bike sometime soon
Sounded funny but should be ok once its off the bench
