I just watched the other vid that you explained the razor handles assembly….so I would be cheating if I said I know what its for….and so I know now its nothing to do with a USA Farnicastaff.But very interesting.

It's either a garlic press or a valve grinder!
Its a press used in a manufacturing operation, I'm not sure what it is used to assemble.
It is a fixture for the old Gillette straight edge razors. Probably mounted the head unit to the handle.
Definitely built in a machine shop and from the price its got some high tolerances involved, dont know what it is though.
