I can not believe that your municipality does not get after you for all the clutter just laying around. Where I live in Canada if you have 1 or 2 unregistered vehicles on your property in the city they send the Fire Dept around with a clean up notice in a certain time. If it is not done in that time frame you get slapped with a hefty fine and the city comes in to clean it up and they put the charges on your property taxes. Like the Fire Dept has nothing better to do. And the city where I live only has a population of just over 1/4 million people.
