You may need to add a brush to broom the shavings off the top of the blade drive pulley belt otherwise it will build up with shavings and allow the blade to slip off.
nice job! you can use the blade on there now for non ferrous metals (aluminum) as the finer pitches tend to clog. why not use some threaded rod and a handle to make the motor adjustable
I was picturing a 10 speed bike chain with gear stacks and derailer. You know. A shift on the fly bandsaw with optional handlebar control's. LOL Looks like what you came up with is better for the long haul.
That's way cool mustie1. I was beginning to wonder if that thing was going to become a parts for a bicycle ๐

Great Mod!
I have one of these! Its way too fast, and not enough torque. Its ok on thin wood and plastic. Love your mod…
I've been looking for this same saw having the hardest time. I want to use it for cutting upholstery foam.
very cool project! a nice saw for sure…

Great setup on that saw.
Nice work!

we are waiting for a VW bus build with a Flux Capacitor on it. We know you can do it
I am not sure if you have to worry about OSHA for a few days, govt shut down. Better for everyone.
