Just got my grandma's bw350 from Michigan down to Florida. She rode that thing into her 70s, it still purrs like a cat. Had to unfreeze the slide and choke, the intake boot is toast but I got a new one with a carb rebuild kit on its way. Tires look original and aren't cracked one bit. Still hold air too. Seat looks mint as well. Been watching your videos for a couple years now and your one of my favorite YouTubers! I had no idea you had one of these at one point. All I know is I'm never selling it, I'll pass it down again… Hopefully you see this lol I'm about 11 years late 🤣

Epoxy a piece of tin on the underside of the mudguard crack, then fix with a few pop rivets on the top side.
