hey mustie im new to your channel love what you do i wanna say i think if you wanna bend tube that you can put a pully some sort that will take all sizes and put collars on them with a jam screw slide it on the rolling main bar on top im betting that the tube would ride a lot better or you can make a few of them for other sizes of tube
I managed to weld up a broken coil spring. and last I saw it the thing continued to hold. welded 50 years ago. I've never welded cast that I recall, now I'd like to try it.
the only flaw I see is that your bottom rollers are too far apart, they might work better if they were closer, the rollers they use for pipe are 99% of the time concave like on the first bender u showed… is that a word?. idk. i really like your creations dude. 👍🏻
You need some dies for the material your working with. Flat rollers are good for flat stock. Tubing dies for tubing and round stock. parallel dies for square stock. you can get dies cheap and go from a cool DIY attempt to a fab shop equivalent. Harbor freight has cheapo manual tubing benders. You can probably get the dies from them. that or just machine a few from round bar

YOU COULD TRY A ONE INCH PULLEY CUT IN HALF OR EVEN THREE AND FASTEN THEM TO THE SHAFTS WITH SET SCREWS IT COULD STOP THE TUBE FROM WANDERING
great for flat stock for sure… Good stuff. Thanks for the video!
Love your innovation. Onwards!
Now, that's a handy addition. Nice work!
You're soo cool..
Neat to see homemade tools. Bet the entire project was created from parts on hand in the hoard stash!
you need die rollers to form pipe
Nice add on for the garage. Probably would help with the VW builds as well. Take Care..

O man, just about everybody needs one of these!

WooHoo! Very crafty Darren!
Necessity is the mother of invention. Nice! Perhaps a couple of movable guides on your rollers to keep the stock centered?
Darn it. Now I want one.
