2 U-Bolts On Each Wheel, Welded To The Inside Of The Wheel, In The Same Areas Where the Spokes Attach To The Wheels Would Have Been A Thought Also And Attached Chain From Each U-Bolt To The Steel Frame Back And Bottom Of The Seat, Would Have Made A Cool Swing Possibly As Well… Its Probably To Tough To Explain Here In The Comments Of What I'm Saying But Would Be Super Easy To Show In Person Or Hand Drawn Diagram Of What I'm Explaining LOL It Would Also Be Easy To Make The Wheels Themselves, Very Stationary But Extremely Sturdy Also For Holding The Swinging Type Of Seat With One Or As Many People As Possible That Could Set on It At The Same Time! Every Now And Then, I Will Do Some Stuff Like This, When I Have The Motivation With Stuff, That's Of No Regular Need Or Use, That I've Saved Out Of Scrap Types Of Materials, To Get Some Sort Of Use Out Of Whatever It Would Be, That Can Still Serve A Purpose…
Hi mustie what does the wood yard do with ALL that mulsh you called it I think that translates to wood chipping ?? Just didn't know why they stock pilled it like that and what for???
I think I would have cut the wheels and weld arm rests on top so it would be 3/4 wheels with a flat top. Looks good either way. Justice gets hubby of the month!
Naw, I'd worry that chains created pinch points. I'd use an axle mounted on leaf springs. Would also lower the wheels so you could use the tops of them as arm rests. We will see, I stopped the vid to make my comment, lol.
That's off an old manure spreader. I have a pair just like them.
