Mustie1 you got to be the most patient man I've ever met. I appreciate you so much saying you were going to knock it off for the night because you didn't want to rush it. I screw up more stuff cuz I get in a hurry and I'm excited at the end of the evening trying to get just that little bit more knocked out and I end up messing something up. Appreciate the lesson on that buddy.
Nice work. This is the kind of thing that makes you feel like you got something for nothing, isn't it? It's not really true of course, because you put in a lot of effort. But when you've worried about it and procrastinated, and then it turns out so much better than you thought possible – I don't know, it's just a nice buzz.
Wow, excellent job refurbishing and straightening that trim, top notch work Mustie. I don't know doodly squat about VWs but you are educating me and make entertaining videos. Thanks, but I'm confused sometimes.,so many VWs.
There is a tool for installing that rubber trim. That with a little soapy water makes quick work of it. You did do a great job on it, just the hard way. lol Wouldn't be hard to fabricate that tool with a screw driver and some hanger wire.
It'll be perfect ๐
You'll gett it
Trim sure made it pop
All โtrimโ is alike, you need to pay close attention to details, take your time, apply masterful skill.
