My expectation watching this fabrication and build, was that a Mustie1 creation would put a Chinese production to absolute shame. I was not disappointed!
Stainless has a nicer appearance than steel, but not a durable. Weber gas Grills have similar setup, kind of like angle iron too. I think they call them "flavorizers", something like that. They don't rust, so must be some kind of hybrid stainless, cheaper.

The only problem I see is that if the grease hits the lip of the top angle, it will collect at the bottom of the v underside, dripping onto the ceramic.
Maybe build a few,and market them as the last replacement needed for those griddles,and sell them for just a little less than the ss ones go for..Huge profit,little investment,and time,and lots of happy customers who are tired of replacing those high priced,short lived parts……
