I had a request to see if l could do some repairs on this atv so it can be controlled at slower speeds, but it sat for a while and needed to be serviced then we get into modifications.

lighten the weights
just put spacer in first wheel. it is limiting how close cap can come, limiting speed

Any way you could do this changing the sprockets? Or old GPS send a signal to cut the spark? Speedometer gear measure wheel speed that way? I'm just talking poop
