I got a freaking he looks well an original in the handlebars that look like from the past but from the past someone have cleaning the handlebars that looks good on it looks great everything but it looks suspicious on the name brand and supposed to be those two wheels has to be like a white tires right there on the back in the forward you've got to change of the wheels good luck to clean = )
Well, then if it was a WWII made bike it could very well have been made with prewar parts! You may have a military bike there… not many industries were making frivolous things at that time. Though it's possible this was an exception because they were making so many bike for the military. In any case It could be a very rare machine, hard to say for sure. Might not be valuable anyway, but interesting that it's a WWII bike!
Hey mustie I got a bike just like that awhile ago and thought to give you a heads up. When you take the front fork off make sure to be careful with the handle bar holder. It's cast iron and the lock for the steering adjustment is a cone or at least it was on mine instead of a regular wedge. Don't try to peck it out like a new style bike. It will break off and you will have to drill it out. Also I restored my skip tooth chain by using a drill with a wire brush on it and lots of WD-40.
That bike looks so kool…
.1 hp
1 foot pounds per second =0.00181818182 horsepower
I saw the big bit said 'airflyte" so you knew it ๐
I think that stuff up front is from a basket that was once there.

It's most likely a frankenbike. The headlights were more of a 50's thing but it does have many pre war components
Neat O!
Mustie1, Looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I like the chain adjuster, real serious for a bicycle.
Tell the wife too late, It is too late as I saw your wife's video on the roof lift. Why did she take it down? How did you get her up there?
Nice looking bike.

The engine that makes 300 pound-feet of torque at 4,000 RPM produces [(300 x 4,000) / 5,252] 228 horsepower at 4,000 RPM.

Very cool find brother !
Bet you can't sleep now, thinking about the new design mods for it ๐
I have a similar bike here, belonged to my uncle in the 40's-50's range I believe.
If I can get to it I'll get you some video….
Awesome you take the time to research the history, very cool bike.
Best & stay warm !
