We saw a Wall of Death show and the guy was using an Indian bike just like that. They had a collection at the end where you tossed coins down, my 6yr old rather enthusiastically threw a £2 coin with hit the tank! The owner's grimace is permanently fixed in my mind!
This bike belongs to Dino at hp cycles on loan to a friend for display. It is not for sale. It is an original restored wall of death bike. People make me laugh on here you have no clue what you are talking about.

it is made from mostly new or reproduction components it does make a very nice window display
it does not have lights on it so it is for sure a caffe style racer / bobber
