I love the way you figured out how to brace the ceiling. Your time at a fab shop is coming in handy. If anyone knows any sources for learning how to figure out ways to do that sort of fab design, let me know. I'm in training to be a welder, so I'm sure I'll pick up things along the way, but I would think there are some go-to standards for many fabrication problems that I would like to at least learn about to employ when the time comes. Keep up the great work!

Have you thought of stepping up to a 3/4 ton truck?

I thought the out side metal was 79 inches if I remember correctly but that was from top to the bottom tube tucked up under the roof metal a inch an a half pretty good I think the inside height was 83 . The man door was just wood sticks stapled together the fold down piece on the ramp door was just 3/4 plywood an a piano hinge

Bit late to the party, but did you ever try heating that horizontal pipe (not sure how you call it), so it expands before you weld it? That should put some extra tension on it when it cools down, raising the roof even further, or at least preventing it from coming down as much.
