Sure miss the ole garage! It’s was compact and produced great videos there. The new shop is now starting to fill up with much larger projects. For me I’m very comfortable working in small spaces. As it makes me keep my workshop clean and free of stuff. Loving your videos 😀😀😀👍👍👍👍
Most likely a engine from a royal im gonna say gas reel mower of that era royal mower company used these from the 1920s up to the 50s before goin out of business
There's that engine again! First engine I ever owned myself, got it in a deal. Used it with great success on my first go cart. Mated to a 5 speed Riding mower transmission it was literally the perfect power unit for that shit show of a cobbled cart. I think you should do a bike build with it like you were contemplating before in a different video (and maybe you already did, and I haven't come across it yet). Thanks for all you excellent videos Mustie1
They run backwards because they get power off the camshaft.

Looks like it would be a good set up for a OHV engine.

Good video!
REO stands for Ransom E. Olds (Oldsmobile)
Slant design as new Honda has.
I guess it is time to make an REO "Speedwagon"!! I had to say it. I am more into Rush, but REO did grow on me. They are older than we are!!
