A piece of pipe, tac welded to the top die. ( or a bottom die, on top). And a wide bottom die, with the rubber. Might get you close.

all you need to do is weld a pipe onto you bench and place a couple washer under each end and you can bend the metal by hand and get those desired curves with different sized round stock pipe, or weld up a pipe anvil. hope that helps for the next job. that's what body men did way back before they had breaks and dyes. cheers bud.
