I've been following your channel for a few years and finally stumbled across this vid. I have been building these kits for many years and at first I thought as you did that the three hole crescents were a mismatch…they're not, your bolts aren't square to the sprocket. Those "pineapple" clamps are a bitch, I spend the extra $45 for a hub adapter available through any of the motorized bicycle websites, even Amazon, they'll save you from ripping your spokes out! I enjoy nearly every video you post, keep up the good work.
I have an engine from bike berry, i have not yet installed it because it will be illegal to ride on the road and I already have the other motoized vehicles!
I have the same color frame, but the people I bought it off from claimed it's 1966?
What year is the bike??
U want to sell ?
Is that an 80cc?
Your knowledge never ceases to amaze me mustie1. I'm enjoying watching these old videos.
So you can safely cut the middle bar with no problems?

Looking good Mustie. The Darrin motor definitely looks higher quality.
