Interesting Gillette assembly machine I worked in Automation in Minneapolis I think the remle machine you were talking about was built by remle automation here in at paul mn.
If you looked at that machine today most of those Nest would be 3D printed

It amazing how something can have so much value if it's in the right hands and someone knows how to use it to make money with. But after they're done with it it's pretty much scrap metal. That's very interesting to me.

Thanks for sharing Darren quite interesting, I was once sitting in the canteen after finishing a job in the Gillette factory in the UK when over the Tannoy came a request for a member of staff same surname as mine. I watched to see who responded, when I spoke to him we found we were long lost relatives from different ends of the country 'Happy Days'.

Good video, Mustie1. I worked for a manufacturer for 20 years. Iwas in sales, but enjoyed touring the mfg plants several times over the years. Also toured auto mfg plants in Mich and Ohio. Loved seeing things being built. Keep on keeping on.

Wow! My dad was a machine design engineer in South Boston in the '80s and '90's. I am fairly certain a lot of his design work was in that machine! When did you work there? I bet you may have known him. Small world!
