58 seconds in and I have to comment,,, You never ever never never never drive a tractor onto a trailer and never ever ever back one off even a low boy trailer like this one I do not care you are going to have to back it up anyway back it onto a trailer and drive it off
That small farmall is small for a pull.I've sprayed grapes in Northern California using a small Trac.but pulling a liquid fertilizer on wheels,THAT'S IT.
I'm restoring one of these — same year. I'll be using it strictly for parades. They are beautiful tractors, but possibly the worst choice in the world for a pulling tractor. The small organic farms around here are actually using these again for cultivating their crops — which is pretty cool to see.
I just loved the "black beaver dog" at the end of the video! 😉 Dislike the owner of good ol' little Farmall because of wearing it out in tractor pulling. Original good looking grandfathers shouldn't be forced to Olympiads, sooner or later it will cause "headtattack" or even a "broke".
If the tractor toungue pulling the load is below the axle of the rear tires, would that prevent the tractor from flipping over backwards? I love your videos, pls keep up the good work.
Great work on Darren's part, but tractor deserves better. It should be plowing or in a parade not being destroyed pulling far more than it was designed for.
That is a 22 hp 70 year old tractor. Only an idiot would want to use it in a tractor pull. This tractor was not even the horse power equal of an 8N ford and I sure would not to use one of these in a tractor pull. A 70year old tractor deserves a better fate in its old age, imho.
Wheelie wheels would have been the answer.
Sweet lilly
I was number one thousand thumbs up! That's awesome!

Has someone explained how to check the oil level? I remember your concern during the rebuild.
Fill the tires with sand or water…

Nice fabrication.

Am I missing something? wouldnt it have been better to just cut the foot off the bottom of the wheelie bar, shorten it and reattach the shoe?
